Israel Ben Yehuda Examines Ancient Biblical Fractures and Modern Geopolitical Crises in New Memoir ‘A Kingdom Divided’ Published by Contento Now | Publisher: Netanel Semrik | Israel Ben Yehuda
Israel – September 15, 2026 – Exploring the profound resonance of a name that bridges ancient history and modern destiny, A Kingdom Divided: Israel and Judah – A Wake-Up Call from the Heart of the Storm presents a gripping epic of resilience, faith, and historical continuity.
What happens when a man whose name bears the two ancient biblical realms – Israel and Judah – watches his homeland fracture along the exact same historical fault lines that divided it millennia ago? Israel Ben Yehuda presents a monumental life journey interwoven with the turbulent history of the modern Middle East. It is a narrative of survival and resurgence: a child uprooted from Iraq and raised in the crushing poverty of a tent camp, who grew into a combat engineer clearing deadly minefields on the front lines of war, and ultimately climbed against all odds to positions of national social leadership.
The narrative, which intimately weaves in a deeply personal family saga and the heartbreaking sudden loss of his wife and lifelong anchor, Ahuva, culminates in an urgent warning addressed to the global community. Drawing from biblical precedent and modern struggle, Ben Yehuda offers a lucid analysis of the rising cultural and spiritual divides threatening to regress the nation thousands of years back into two hostile realms – a Kingdom of Israel striving for progress and enlightenment, pitted against a Kingdom of Judah driven by dogmatic isolationism.
“If we do not wake up and halt the extremism,” Ben Yehuda writes, “we may find ourselves turning back the wheel of history and witnessing the fracturing of the land anew.” A Kingdom Divided stands as a courageous manifesto, a captivating historical autobiography, and a timeless reflection on the resilience of the human spirit.
